**Order Processing Time**

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship from Guangzhou, China to Indonesia. Estimated delivery time is 9-14 business days.

**Order Tracking**

**Lost or Damaged Packages**

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
